Zone Parking Solutions takes park at the Middle East Call Center exhibition for 2015.


ZONE's Contact Centre proudly participated as an exhibitor for the first time at the 19th edition of the Middle East Call Centre Conference (MECC) which is the region’s premier call center and customer management event bringing together international experts, subject matter specialists, and regional professionals from the customer service industry.

The event that was a two days show and had an estimated 1,000 visitors, not only served as an excellent launching pad for ZONE's Contact Center  team to network and meet with potential clients, but was also a great forum to engage with subject matter experts on operational excellence, outsourcing operations and technology management. This resulted in Zone establishing valuable client contacts and gaining crucial and pivotal insights into the latest innovations and developments in call center technology.
