Camp Supervisor

The Camp Supervisor will act as a leader and assist accommodation staff in providing Safe/ healthy and hygiene environment and will provide guidance and support for all accommodation staff.



  • The Camp Supervisor is to act as a leader and assist accommodation staff in providing Safe/ healthy and Hygiene environment. 
  • To provide guidance and support for all accommodation staff and maintain a positive relationship with staff and accommodation management. 
  • Assist in room’s allocation for incoming and outgoing staff. Plan and implement the employee room allocation.
  • Prepare weekly report on staff list and rooms allocated.
  • Reviews uniforms of staff as and when assigned to a different projects on an urgent requirement from client.
  • Ensure to notify HR and Operations when employee takes a day off work (e.g., for sick leave).
  • Assist operations with finding spare drivers as and when required for an urgent requirement of clients from those volunteering for overtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper cleaning and the respect of accommodation rules and regulations as well as the good use of assets.
  • Coordinates all necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Checking pest control and reporting any requirements
  • Inspect and ensure timely removal of sewages/ garbage’s
  • Maintains an employee notice board and displays all relevant information’s form HR/ Management.
  • To continuously monitor the washers/driers, TV and dish antennas and notify any irregularity.
  • To supervise cleaning work performed by the outsourced cleaning company, i.e. window cleaning,  general room cleaning, recreation room cleaning, TV room and report any irregularities.
  • To liaise with the watchmen/ security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours.
  • To be responsible for the safekeeping of the staff accommodation keys.
  • To keep correct and up-to-date details of furniture and equipment in the staff accommodation.
  • To assist with the exit formalities of employees leaving the services with Zone.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
  • To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
  • To understand and strictly adhere to the Accommodations Employee rules & regulations.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned HR/ Management.


Minimum high school diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in Gulf region
